We’re not very sophisticated here, so we don’t have a shopping cart. We do check our email order requests everyday and will get back to you within 24 hours. We pride ourselves in offering good old fashioned customer service. You will never be asked to push a button….. :-)

Our website www.BoydsBearShop.com is up to date with 2007 merchandise. We do show some older pieces which we may or may not still have in stock. For Orders or Pre-Orders, please send us your credit card info in two separate emails. Send your account # in the first email and then send a second email with the expiration date and your full shipping address. Or you can call us with the info.
SHIPPING
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and we charge you the actual shipping charge we pay to the Post Office. We do offer FREE SHIPPING (within the Continental US) on orders over $100. Certain restrictions apply on over-sized boxes or on items weighing over 10 lbs. Shipping outside the Continental US will be actual charges.

Every time your cumulative orders exceed $200 (on regular priced mdse), we will deduct $10 in Doll House Dollars (DHDs) from your next order. Then you can start earning DHDs all over again!!!!
